We only issue feedback after the buyer. We do not accept negative feedback without exhausting all attempts to resolve any dissatisfactions.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, delays may occur on deliveries.
We will not be held responsible for possible delays or lost packages. We won't refund lost or not delivered non-tracked shipments. By confirming order you agree with these terms.
· New Parts - Mostly from sets acquired for this purpose. They may show the natural marks of being loose inside the packaging. Considered in MINT state and NEVER WERE USED.
· Used Parts - From sets assembled for display and are normally in good condition. If they show significant signs, they are marked in the description.
We don't differentiate mold variations.
· New - Mostly from sets. Collectible Minifigures are opened, partially assembled and sealed.
· Used - From sets assembled for display and are normally in good condition. If they show selected signs, they are indicated in the description.
ALL MINIFIGURES ARE SEALED IN A ZIPLOCK BAG. SOME MINIFIGURES CAN BE PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED DUE TO STORE/FAIR DISPLAY
CMF extra parts not included.

All packages are included according to the order's need.
Normally, shipments are made in bubble envelope. If you want to be sent in a carton box, on orders that do not justify it, 1€ will be added and the respective shipping rate update - request by message before making payment.
All of our packages are resistant and all shipments are made with the utmost care, but as soon as they leave our facilities, the state of the package is no longer our responsibility.
Orders will be shipped on the same day, when possible, or the next business day - always after payment received.
Various shipping methods are available. Although we offer Standard Mail, we only can be responsible for tracked shipments. Please select always a tracked shipment if you can.
Standard (CTT Simples/Normal) - no tracking, no insurance. We will considerate packages delivered as soon as they're delevered at the post office; we won't offer any support in case of lost/late delivery.
Priority (CTT Azul) - no insurance, tracking provided when available (EU - excludes Portugal). If tracking is available we will support in case of lost; for Portugal buyers we won't offer any support in case of lost/late delivery.
Registered (CTT Registado) - tracking included, insurance accordingly to price range - BEST OPTION
WE ALWAYS HAVE PHOTOGRAPH PROOF OF PACKING AND PROOF OF SHIPMENT (Post office invoice)
In case of return all articles will have to be sent to us (costs paid by the buyer).
In case of refund, shipping and payment fees will not be included (only the value of the items will be refunded).
In accordance with European legislation, we do not refund any money (except when covered by PayPal's Buyer protection). All credits will be given in voucher / coupon on a next purchase.
